Benelux trademark
You can apply for registration of a trademark for the Benelux territory on the website of the BOIP. If you are applying for registration of a Benelux trademark from the Caribbean Netherlands, you will need a correspondence address in the European Economic Area (EEA) or to enlist the services of a trademarks agent based in an EEA country.
International trademark
You can file an international trademark based on a Caribbean Dutch trademark at the CaribIE office. Forms for international registration are available. Please complete the form, print it en send it to BOIP by e-mail, by post or by fax. This form should be completed in Englisch or in certain cases in French. The forms for the recordal of changes in the register, for renewing a registration or for expanding it to other countries (subsequent designation) are also available. Please complete the form you need, print it and send it to WIPO.
EU trademark
Applications for the registration of an EU trademark (European trademarks) can be submitted here. This link will lead you to the application form on the EUIPO site. If you wish to register an EU trademark from the Caribbean Netherlands you will need a correspondence address in the European Union or to enlist the services of a trademarks agent based in an EEA country.
